~What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

~I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. However, regular orders are shipped 6-7 weeks after payment has cleared UNLESS DISCUSSED OTHERWISE.

~When will I receive my Tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be provided 2-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at kingdomblingz69@gmail.com .

~ Why can’t my Crocs look EXACTLY like other crocs on your website or like someonen else’s?

Please understand that custom crocs are specialty products. You may see a design you like but if the design was done on a size 10 shoe and you wear a size 7 shoe, the design probably won’t fit your size shoe or vice versa. We aim to please, therefore, we can customize your desired design according to the size of your shoe and the available products in stock. 


-Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty IF processing/ customization has not began. If the item is already sent, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. 

~I have entered an incorrect address what should I do?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, etc. simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at kingdomblingz69@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. 

~I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
